We are currently looking to fill an IT Support Officer position at our Milton office in Brisbane. As an essential part of our Group IT Service Desk team, you will provide Level 1-2 support while working on‑site. This role will see you play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering high‑quality support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist users with a wide range of IT issues, aiming to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
* Actively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, building valuable skills and knowledge along the way.
* Keep clear and concise records of service interactions and communicate effectively with users to ensure understanding.
* Be willing to work flexible hours and participate in a shift roster to meet the evolving needs of our business.
What you'll bring
* Team first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information to users at all levels.
* A genuine interest in technology, a thirst to learn, and enthusiasm for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, with a willingness to learn more about Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
* A flexible approach, ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
