We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting businesses across multiple states, and we're expanding our Queensland team. We're looking for a Level 2 IT Support Technician who brings the right mix of technical ability, critical thinking, and a genuinely great attitude.
This isn't a role for someone who just closes tickets. We want someone who owns problems, communicates well, and makes clients feel in good hands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a client-facing, hands-on role that blends onsite and remote work across our managed client base in South East Queensland. You'll spend time at client sites delivering face-to-face IT support, with flexibility to work remotely on helpdesk and project work.
The split of onsite versus remote will depend on client needs, but you should be comfortable being out in the field regularly and working independently when you are.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide onsite and remote technical support to managed clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery
* Manage and respond to helpdesk requests with clear, professional communication throughout
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues — bringing critical thinking and persistence to every problem
* Contribute to or lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring quality outcomes and effective stakeholder communication
* Collaborate with the wider MSP team to continuously improve processes and service delivery
* Work closely with clients to help them maximise their technology investment

Technical Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies
* Strong networking knowledge and ability to resolve complex technical issues
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (client site visits are a regular part of this role)
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own time in the field
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate
* Exposure to Cisco Meraki, Networking
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365
* Familiarity with Veeam
