Our culture emphasizes innovation, customer focus, and teamwork, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where your unique perspective matters.Location & ReportingThis role reports to the National Sales Manager Medical, based in New South Wales or Victoria, and is fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct product demonstrations and support clinical trials as needed.Sell LMS products within the medical industry.Manage sales activities and monitor performance of your customer base.Monitor competitors and customer responses, providing feedback to management.Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the medical sector.Minimum RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience with medical capital equipment in Neurosurgery, either in sales or support roles.Deep understanding of the healthcare system, with experience engaging hospital staff, surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards learning.Degree in Nursing, Science, Engineering, or related field.Fluent in written and spoken English.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 40%, including overnight stays within the territory.Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.Preferred ExperienceHands-on technical experience with surgical microscopes in Neurosurgery and Theatres.Join UsBe part of a team that accelerates the impact of science and technology, solving complex challenges worldwide.
