About the Role:
* Contribute to curriculum development and assessment design, delivering high-quality teaching in Secondary Science Education across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
* Develop a strong research profile through publications and grants, providing supervision for Honours, Masters, and doctoral students in Science Education.
* Participate in School governance, strategic planning, and external partnerships, while promoting inclusion, diversity, and professional standards within and beyond the institution.
About You:
* A completed doctorate in the field of Education or a closely related discipline.
* Ability to deliver innovative, high-quality teaching approaches, assessments, and materials for units and courses.
* Capacity to teach online or in flexible modes.
* Proven record of teaching in Science in a secondary teacher education course.
* Track record of excellence in research, demonstrated by peer-reviewed journal articles published in reputable journals.
* Experience in supervising or co-supervising HDR students.
* Participation in professional and scholarly activities that promote research and/or educational outcomes, government, and industry engagements.
