The Role

This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health practice group.

* Effectively managing and maintaining multiple inboxes and calendars, as well as monitoring court and client timeframes and providing reminders as necessary
* Accepting client instructions through our client portal, Legal Panel Gateway (LPG)
* Uploading documents to corresponding KPI orders on LPG
* Drafting of correspondence
* Diarising matters reminders, ensuring matters are up to date
* Running reports from LPG and monitoring compliance

What You Offer

We are looking for an administrator with experience in data processing and analytics. This role would be ideal for someone who has:

* A background in Data / Reporting / Legal Administration
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task
* Knowledge of Affinity and NetDocuments would be beneficial, but not essential
