Customer Service and Scheduling Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our Customer Service and Scheduling team. This pivotal role involves ensuring customer requests are managed efficiently, schedules are accurate and timely, and service delivery consistently meets operational standards.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing, customer-focused team and be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the Customer Service & Scheduling team to drive high performance and accountability
* Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
* Managing workload distribution and ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods
* Oversseeing all scheduling functions to ensure accurate job allocation to field technicians
