Your Role
As Procurement Officer, you will support the Strategic Procurement Manager in managing the end-to-end procurement and tendering process.
This includes liaising with stakeholders, tracking key contract deliverables, supporting the negotiation process, and ensuring seamless and compliant procurement operations across departments.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Assist with developing and executing strategic procurement and tendering processes
- Support contract management including renewals, milestones, and compliance
- Build strong working relationships with both internal departments and external suppliers
- Analyse procurement data and generate reports and insights for decision-making
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on key milestones and deliverables
- Solve procurement-related challenges with commercial acumen
- Assist with negotiating contract terms and supporting legal/finance review processes

You are a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong commercial thinking and stakeholder communication skills.
You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and bring a service-first approach to procurement delivery.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in a similar procurement, purchasing, or contract support role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Knowledge of finance and project budgeting
- Experience in tendering and procurement systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Background in legal or contracts (advantageous)
