About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced full-time Store Team Leader (Store Manager) to join our leadership team at our busy and popular Joondalup Retravision store.
You will be managing the store's daily operations while guiding and inspiring the sales team to provide outstanding customer service. The role includes: proactively promoting products to new and existing customers, building strong business and customer relationships that support sustained sales growth. You will work closely with your team and support them to negotiate and close sales, all while keeping a strategic focus on achieving — and surpassing — the store's sales targets. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidays is an inherent part of the role. This role is a combination of leadership, sales expertise and excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing
* Provide strong leadership skills to effectively guide and manage a team to achieve sales goals
* Provide the team with motivation, training, and tips to achieve a competitive edge in the market
* Manage the store and motivate your team in a professional manner ensuring high performance and morale
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
* Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
* Monitor store sales performance and implement strategies with the leadership team to meet or exceed targets
* Ensure store operations run smoothly, from staffing, to inventory management, to banking, to approval of timesheets and store layout
What we're looking for
* Permanent work rights in Australia

* At least five (5) years' experience in a leadership role in a retail sales environment
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with the right products
* Computer and numerical skills with the ability to accurately handle cash and process sales transactions
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others
* Ability to lift a minimum of 15kgs as part of your daily duties
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
* A valid current Western Australian Driver's Licence
* Police Clearance (less than 2 months old)
* Demonstrated understanding of workplace, health and safety
