RV Solutions WA is a fast-growing, well-established caravan dealership with a strong reputation in the WA market. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a capable, detail-driven Accounts Officer to take ownership of both finance administration and dealership operations support.
This is not your standard accounts role — it’s a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll be at the centre of the business, working closely with sales, customers, and management.
💼 The Role
You’ll play a key role in keeping both our financial operations and vehicle administration running smoothly, including:
Accounts & Finance
* End-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Daily banking and bank reconciliations
* Invoice processing, allocations, and supplier reconciliations
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
Dealership / Vehicle Administration
* Processing vehicle sales, purchases, and consignment deals
* Managing compliance documentation and deal packs
* Vehicle registrations, licensing, and transfers
* Maintaining dealer and consignment registers
* Liaising with customers, sales team, and external stakeholders
Operations & Admin Support
* Coordinating inspections and schedules
* Document control, filing, and system management
* Supporting the sales and operations teams as needed
👤 About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional role and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in an Accounts / Finance Administration role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
⭐ Highly Regarded:
* Automotive, caravan, or dealership experience
* Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
* MYOB, Eclipse, EasyCars (or similar)
* Intermediate Excel skills
