Are you a high-performing Senior Analyst or Finance Professional with a "keen eye for detail" and a reputation for commercial rigour? Our client is seeking an ambitious, persistent, and commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner to join our client's leadership group, who wants to leverage data and commercial analysis for strategic influence.
This is a pivotal appointment for a hands on finance professional to combine strong decision support analysis to lead conversation and drive insights across the enterprise. A high-visibility advisory role within a vertically integrated, global manufacturing powerhouse.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be the bridge between finance and other key departments, such as Sales and Operations.
Your broad remit will include;
* Strategic Decision Support:
Provide the financial modelling and technical expertise that guides our regional investments and business cases.
* Advanced Data Storytelling:
Refine and improve financial models and systems, bringing absolute clarity to data to identify hidden risks and untapped opportunities.
* High-Stakes Business Partnering
: Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Managers and Operations Leaders, driving accountability for performance across our vertically integrated manufacturing arms.
* Driving Value:
Strengthen financial discipline and deliver actionable recommendations that provide long-term value to our stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will serve as the critical interface between financial data and operational execution. Your objective is not merely to report on performance, but to drive it through actionable financial insights and robust business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Decision Support:
Provide the advanced financial modelling and investment analysis required to support high-stakes business cases and regional strategic choices.
* Operational Business Partnering:
Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit and Operations Managers, fostering a culture of financial accountability across our manufacturing and supply chain divisions.
* Systems & Model Optimisation:
Refine and advance our financial models and reporting systems to improve accuracy, identify emerging risks, and unlock long-term value.
* Stakeholder Management:
Leverage excellent written and oral communication skills to present complex financial narratives to senior leadership and external partners.
Your Profile
CA/CPA or business degree qualified, you will have proven experience in a senior FP&A or Business Partnering role, ideally within an FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, high volume transaction environment.
You will be highly competent to lead, design and deliver innovative financial/commercial analysis and solutions relating to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, modelling, with excellent analytical skills in areas of budget management control, forecasting and on demand planning experience.
