Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, your duties may include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat with professionalism and empathy
Managing service requests and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
Providing information on products, services, orders, or accounts
Supporting internal teams with administration and follow-up tasks
Escalating complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries calmly and efficiently
Attention to detail and accuracy in following processes
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
A Certificate III in Customer Engagement or similar is highly regarded but not essential.
