About the role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and will play an essential role in representing our business.
Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time.
In this role you will
Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
Process orders promptly and accurately.
Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
Keep customers updated and inform them of order updates.
Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Your hours are Monday to Friday with weekly rotating shifts as follows:
06:30am – 03:00pm / 07:30am – 04:00pm
Customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities are essential for this role.
