How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Join our dedicated team as a Store Coordinator & Irrigation Assistant in Bega.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll manage storeroom operations and support our growing irrigation services. You'll be part of a close-knit team, contributing to both in-store efficiency and field-based projects.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Coordinating storeroom operations, including inventory control, receiving goods, and maintaining store presentation
* Preparing and blending fertiliser orders
* Delivering fertiliser and seed to customers (HR Truck Licence required)
* Supporting in-store operations during quieter delivery periods
* Assisting with irrigation projects, including trenching and pipe laying alongside our Irrigation Specialist
* Operating machinery such as forklifts and loaders (forklift licence preferred)
* Providing excellent customer service and supporting the growth of our irrigation offering
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you will have:
* A valid HR Truck Licence (essential)
* A forklift licence (ideal)
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, or rural merchandise
* Physical fitness and a readiness for manual labour
* Interest or experience in irrigation or agriculture (highly desirable)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
