About the Role:
Established in 2007, our client is a wholly Australian owned and operated company, serving as the sole distributor for a range of high-quality, unique baby products designed to make parents’ lives easier. They have experienced rapid growth and now boast a portfolio of top-end, international, and local brands distributed throughout Australasia.
They are seeking a creative, dynamic, and experienced digital marketing professional with a minimum of 2 years' eCommerce experience in a multi-brand environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role involves maximizing engagement and conversion across B2B and B2C markets through online marketing campaigns, managing social platforms, ensuring SEO-friendly copy, and optimizing eCommerce sites for all 9 brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications and 2-3 years' experience in eCommerce, looking to further their digital marketing career.

Duties:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, etc.
Oversee and optimize eCommerce platforms, primarily Shopify
Implement SEO strategies and update website content
Plan, create, and execute eDM campaigns using tools like Klaviyo for B2B and B2C audiences
Measure and report on digital marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline with 2-3 years' experience in eCommerce
Experience in wholesale distribution or a strong interest in the baby products sector
Strong skills in digital strategy development and data analysis
Knowledge of digital trends, SEO, channel optimization, and web analytics
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, email automation, and Campaign Monitor is highly regarded
Amazon campaign and ad experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
