This role focused on driving new business growth while strengthening and expanding an established customer and partner ecosystem. You will operate across both strategy and execution, identifying opportunities, opening doors, and converting complex sales engagements into long-term customer and channel partnerships.

You are as effective in pursuing net-new opportunities as you are in developing and enabling strategic channel partners. You are comfortable selling technically sophisticated solutions, engaging credibly with senior stakeholders, and performing in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Direct Sales

* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across targeted verticals

* Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned to growth targets

* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to close

* Position RTLS, Wi-Fi, and DECT solutions based on clear customer outcomes and use cases

* Build strong relationships with C-suite, clinical, operational, and IT decision-makers

* Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools

Channel Management and Partner Development

* Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners and system integrators

* Build joint go-to-market plans with partners, including pipeline development and campaigns

* Drive partner engagement through training, enablement, and ongoing performance management

* Support partners in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and deal execution

* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic channel relationships

What You'll Bring

Required Experience and Qualifications

* 7+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or channel management

* Must demonstrate experience managing B2B sales with annual revenue targets of $1M-$5M or higher

* Demonstrated experience selling technology solutions, ideally RTLS, enterprise Wi-Fi, DECT, or adjacent networking and mobility solutions

* Strong understanding of sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies

* Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or integrators

* Tertiary qualification in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

* Must hold current Australian work rights

* Strategic planning and territory management capability

* High-level negotiation and commercial acumen

* CRM proficiency and strong pipeline discipline

* Ability to articulate technical solutions in clear, outcome-focused language

* Self-motivation, resilience, and comfort operating autonomously

* Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action

Target Markets

Your focus will include, but is not limited to:

* Healthcare and aged care

* Hospitals and clinical environments

* Logistics and warehousing

* Manufacturing and industrial facilities

* Large enterprise and campus-style deployments

Essential experience selling specifically to healthcare and clinical environments is required for this role.
