Job Description
About you:
* You are passionate about local produce. There is no such thing as a simple dish because you are all about creating gastronomic experiences for our guests. You are a key part of the success of the daily kitchen operations.
* You are trade qualified and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What you will be doing:
* Work with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
* Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures are followed.

The Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel about to celebrate its first birthday on 1 July 2025
The Novotel Melbourne Airport has 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport has 216 rooms. It is located just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests will enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, a pool, co-working space, and a variety of food & beverage venues, forming the hub of the mixed-use precinct.
This will be a village centre supporting the airport community as a gathering and socialising place for travelers and workers from the airport precinct.
