Join us as we help to deliver Australia’s renewable future.The OpportunityPanel Builders/Wirers are primarily employed within the manufacturing industry, skilled in reading schematic and mechanical drawings to assemble wiring, switches, cables, and other mechanical or electrical components for high voltage infrastructure. Multiple opportunities are available at our Wingfield location.Your key responsibilities will include:Assembling panels according to design documentsIdentifying and resolving errors or issues with stakeholdersTesting panels and correcting errorsParticipating in system improvementsCompleting administrative duties associated with the tasksCreating and de-creating equipmentHandling, loading, and unloading goodsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will possess:Basic Safety Training (such as Industrial White Card)First Aid and LV Rescue (desirable, but can be provided)Proven electrical experience in industrial or construction industriesCompetence in using power tools, hand tools, ladders, welding, soldering, and testing equipmentA logical and practical approach to workHigh attention to detailThe ability to read mechanical and electrical schematic diagramsBe rewarded at CPPAt CPP, our people are our most valuable asset.
