Your New Role
As a Change Lead, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes. Each engagement is different, but typically a Change Lead is expected to lead Change Management services autonomously on a complex program with responsibilities including:
* Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide strategic direction, indicate next steps and follow up with insight
* Undertaking a discovery process to analyse change drivers
* Scoping change management work and making resourcing estimates
* Understanding change at the enterprise level
* Analysing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change and to what level that impact needs to be managed
* Proposing solutions to reduce the impact of organisational changes
* Meeting and presenting to executive stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
* Proposing strategic tactics to manage organisational changes for a program in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
* Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
* Evaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoption
* Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
* Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project
* Mentoring Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team
What You Bring
Coming into the Change Management Practice at the Change Lead level means that you will bring in-depth knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end strategy, planning and delivery of organisational change. Typically, Change Leads have:
* 9+ years of experience in Change Management
* Experience contributing to a Change Management Team and/or Practice
* Experience mentoring Change Management practitioners who are more junior in the team
* Experience managing change across multiple streams of a large, complex program
* Experience providing consulting services
* A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Business, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
In your application, please indicate if you have experience applying a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), creating digital assets (e.g. interactive PDFs), or video creation and editing.
