Job Description
We're seeking a high-impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about solving complex operational challenges. You'll lead strategic initiatives, manage cross‑functional teams, and own a vertical line of business with direct influence on company performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain, customer experience, and internal systems.
* Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies.
* Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets.
* Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors.
* Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Have a low ego with a high degree of impact and agility.
* Can navigate complex and ambiguous situations while leverage data to make timely and sound decisions.
* Develop talent and work effectively with others to drive team success.
* Have a forward‑thinking mindset, anticipating future trends, challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications
* 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic decisions.
* Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and execution.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft CoPilot or similar tools is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
