* Drive centre performance through proactive financial management strategies.
* Develop strong partnerships with the local community.
* Maintain the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and time management skills.
* Possess strong written and verbal skills.
Requirements
* Hold a Diploma recognised by ACECQA.
* Exhibit strong commitment to professionalism, integrity and leadership.
* Display exceptional communication skills.
* Have a good working knowledge of policy and procedural implementation.
* Hold a current Working With Children's Check.
* Be qualified in First Aid.
* Complete Child Protection Training.
* Have a solid understanding of curriculum design.
* Bring previous experience in assistant managing an Early Years Service.
* Demonstrate genuine passion for children's early education.
