**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Large Newcastle based organization are looking for a Portfolio Lead to join ASAP and manage the budgets / resources / roadmap across a cross-functional range of technology and digital projects
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role will be responsible for 3 direct reports and have exposure to portfolio management, change management, project co-ordination and key stakeholder management. Whilst initially a contract role, the intention is to convert this role permanent
**DUTIES**
- Drive reporting on a number of key metrics including roadmap development, project resourcing, funding distribution and overall project progress
- Communicate priorities and co-ordinate activities across portfolio of projects
- Manage and delegate effectively to 3 direct reports

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Strong PMO experience working across multiple projects
- Previous experience as a Project Co-ordinator / Project Manager / Portfolio Lead
- Any industry experience will be considered
- Ideally available at short notice although 4-week notice periods will be considered
- Must be locally based to Newcastle area or be willing to travel to Newcastle 2-3 times a week
