Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer(Early Childhood Education Focus)
ZOI Education is a registered Australian RTO and CRICOS provider specialising in vocational education and training.
We are currently seeking a Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer to promote and sell our Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) courses.
This role is ideal for someone who understands education sales, enjoys performance-driven work, and can confidently promote ECEC programs to prospective students and agents.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and recruit students for:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* Manage and maintain relationships with local and overseas education agents
* Conduct student consultations (online, phone, and in-person)
* Plan and manage social media content (Instagram, KakaoTalk, WeChat, etc.)
* Support marketing campaigns, info sessions, and open days
* Track recruitment performance and achieve enrolment targets
Selection Criteria
* Experience in education, RTO, student recruitment, or course sales highly regarded
* Strong interest or background in Early Childhood Education
* Experience with social media marketing and content creation
* Results-driven mindset and comfortable working with KPIs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* English communication skills preferred
Employment Conditions
* Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
* Working Arrangement: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable)
* Remuneration: Base Salary + Commission (Performance-Based)
* Opportunity for permanent employment after 6 months based on performance
* Location: Melbourne or Sydney

Pay: $49,900.00 – $82,643.61 per year
