We are looking for a skilled
Senior Industrial Engineer for Material Flow Modeling,
to join our team on a
one year fixed-term contract
and play a key role in optimizing material flow processes across our manufacturing network. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced industrial engineering techniques, introduce new technologies, and support the implementation of our global manufacturing strategy.
Let's Talk About the Role:
* Material Flow Optimization – Design and implement efficient material flows from inbound to outbound across sites.
* Process Improvement – Conduct motion time studies, manpower optimization, and apply lean principles to eliminate non-value-added activities.
* Data & Analytics – Use statistical methods to determine staffing levels, production standards, and capacity models.
* Simulation & Modelling – Develop end-to-end material flow simulations across the supply chain to identify optimal flows and investment needs.
* Business Case Development – Build robust business cases supported by clear validation strategies.
* Value Stream Mapping – Map and analyze end-to-end material flow across multiple sites and functions.
* Collaboration & Mentorship – Work cross-functionally with manufacturing teams and guide junior engineers.

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing optimization.
* Hands-on expertise in simulation/modelling tools.
* Strong data analytics and statistical analysis skills.
* Proven experience applying lean principles and improving process efficiency.
* Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
