Program Manager with Health experience- Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in the health sector, with a focus on contact centre and telephony transformation, cloud platforms (AWS and Microsoft), and product/service development. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end program delivery, operational readiness, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multi-stream programs involving health sector transformation, contact centre, and telephony solutions.
* Oversee solution delivery leveraging AWS and Microsoft platforms.
* Drive product and service development from inception through launch and ongoing maintenance.
* Ensure program governance, risk management, and compliance with sector regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align scope, budget, and timelines.
* Manage program-level reporting, benefits tracking, and performance metrics.
* Support operational readiness, workforce transition, and post-implementation optimisation.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation initiatives.
* Strong domain knowledge in health, contact centre operations, and telephony systems.
* Hands-on experience delivering solutions using AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms.
* Track record in product/service development and operational management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and governance skills.
* Strong financial, schedule, and risk management capability.
Desirable
* Experience in government or regulated environments.
* Program or project management certification (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
* Understanding of integration and migration strategies in cloud environments.
