About the role
Are you passionate about helping people and love creating great customer experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Representative who thrives on solving problems, connecting with customers, and making every interaction count.
Whether you're an experienced Technical Sales Representative, have a background in technical sales, or you're ready to step off the tools and into a fast-paced, people-first role — this is your opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team where attitude matters more than experience. Welding knowledge is a bonus – but if you're keen to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What you will enjoy doing
Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting
Conduct product demos and training sessions
Advise on equipment and consumable selection
Collaborate with sales to identify and support opportunities
Represent our brand partners at customer sites and events
Prepare quotations and commercial presentations to support product offering in line with the business' goals
What makes you great
Trade-qualified welder with broad process knowledge (MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, SAW)
5+ years' welding experience; technical sales/support preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across WA
Valid driver's license
