About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery of projects across Toowoomba and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and mentor operational staff including trades, apprentices, and admin teams
Oversee scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocation to maximise productivity
Maintain strong communication between crews, clients, suppliers, and management
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and customer experience
Monitor budgets, materials, profitability and operational performance metrics
Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
About You
You will bring strong operational leadership experience, ideally within construction, roofing, trades, or similar fast-paced industries. You are confident managing people, juggling competing priorities, and maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
