About the role
Are you an ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for Civil and Building Trades?
We're looking for a proactive 360 recruiter to take over a high-potential desk with a strong base of national clients and significant room for growth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running and quickly build on an existing network to unlock major earning potential.
What you'll be doing:
* Focus on recruiting for a variety of roles,from entry-level positions to highly skilled trades including civil labourer, civil plant operator, concreter & pipe layer.
* Proactively manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling everything from business development to client and candidate management.
* Conduct regular client site visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Source, screen, and place top-tier talent.
* Work autonomously and manage your desk to maximize your potential.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or a related sales role within the trades or construction industry.
* A confident, ambitious, and highly motivated personality who thrives in a client-facing environment.
* A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable visiting client sites and building a strong network.
* Someone who is self-motivated and doesn't require micromanagement to succeed.
