Due to continued growth, we're looking for experienced Plant Mechanics and Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our high-performing Rebuilds Workshop in Tomago.
Our Rebuilds Workshop is responsible for overhauling and repairing surface mining equipment for some of our largest customers across NSW. You'll work on a wide range of machines—from M Series Graders to Off-Highway Trucks (including 789, 793, 777), Dozers (D10, D11), Drills, and auxiliary equipment—gaining hands-on experience in full machine rebuilds, component repairs, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities
- Repair and overhaul surface mining equipment, including M Series Graders, Off-Highway Trucks (789, 793, 777), Dozers (D10, D11), Drills, and related components.
- Perform diagnostics, component repairs, and full machine rebuilds in a high-volume workshop environment.
- Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards while delivering timely maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians and support staff to meet production targets.
What You'll Bring
- Trade qualification as a Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel/Vehicle Mechanic
- Experience with surface mining equipment (Caterpillar or similar)
