About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing, creative team passionate about delivering unforgettable brand experiences across the Newcastle market. You'll be based in our Newcastle office, collaborating daily with content, sales and partnerships to bring campaigns and station moments to life in the community.
A day in the life
As a Brand Experience Specialist, you'll bring our stations and campaigns to life through high-quality, engaging activations and listener experiences. You will:
Work closely with the Brand Experience Lead to execute brand experience activity end-to-end, ensuring flawless delivery.
Support external branding efforts, listener events and outside broadcasts.
Liaise with clients and sponsorship partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
Provide on-ground support for events, including staffing, logistics and audience engagement.
What you'll need
1–2 years' experience in promotions, events, marketing, branding or media (perfect next step for early-career talent).
Strong understanding of media/radio promotions and digital/social content.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
