Mr Tao Shan Lim - Joondalup Orthopaedic Group – Joondalup WA
A part-time maternity cover role is available for 6 months with our Orthopaedic Surgeon. We are based in a private clinic at Joondalup Health Campus, and this role will start in January ****.
We are looking for a bubbly individual who is quick to learn and has outstanding IT skills. You will need to be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Duties (including but not limited to):
Provide outstanding care and service to patients/clients
Managing Doctor's schedule on clinic software
Running of clinics
Other general medical admin duties such as bookings, emails, phone calls, scanning
Processing payments
Liaising with hospital staff, other health care providers and services
Any additional tasks as required
About You:
Have outstanding computer skills and an aptitude for learning new computer systems
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
Able to multitask
Friendly and professional
