This role is centered around ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient repair processes within a dynamic service environment.

* Interview customers, capturing all relevant details to initiate jobs.
* Document customer inquiries accurately within designated systems.
* Quote repairs utilizing the Cummins Operating System.
* Provide prompt assistance through multi-channel support (chat/email/phone).
* Resolve non-routine customer issues by understanding processes, systems, and practices.
* Process invoices for Field Service and Power Gen departments after job completion.
* Submit warranty claims, including goodwill, based on applicable coverages, account availability, and payment terms.
* Elevate complex issues while maintaining thorough documentation.
* Contribute suggestions to enhance customer-centricity and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:
* Previous work experience with relevant technical and customer service expertise.
* Strong understanding of the Quickserve process and warranty processing.
