Diploma qualified or Bachelor of Education Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Current WWCC (employee) Covid-19 immunisation Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework KindyHub knowledge an advantage At least 12 months experience in a Lead Educator or Room Leader role Experience and confidence with written documentation and planning in relation to children's learning and development Position Objectives
To implement and guide the planning of an education program that supports a holistic approach to the care and development of children aged from birth to six years of age. To work co-operatively and lead other educators, families and early childcare professionals to provide a safe, caring, engaging and stimulating environment for children attending the service.
