Transition Support Manager (Secondment/ Max term contract)

Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers.
Business Lending (BL) is a product and specialised sales team that offers working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance to our customers. It also has responsibility for Line 1 risk and controls for these products. BL is directly responsible for product management, process management, portfolio and pricing management and arrears and financial difficulty management. It also works closely with bankers, data and analytics, digital and customer experience teams.

In this secondment role, you will be joining a supportive, energetic and dedicated team. The focus of this role is to manage the BankWest transformation as part of Project Sunflower. You will drive project initiatives and work with other experts across several domains to meet the objectives of this project.
- This secondment/ max term contract is until 31st March 2025.*

- Manage an exciting project and help us realise our objectives and business benefits.- Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, delivery teams and other expert teams- Deliver on project plans and reporting to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables.- Facilitate quality decision making with stakeholders and others to manage project delivery.- Identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.- Partner with key stakeholders to manage organisational change.- Balance competing demands to ensure project objectives are achieved.- Recommend and implement controls to mitigate key risks on the project; effectively manages risk and controls processes.

- Ability to work independently and work to deadlines- Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to deliver projects of scale- Experience on operational principles and drivers of performance- Drive change with ability to align people with company values- Track record in executing change and problem solving in project environments- Demonstrated experience in managing, influencing and reporting to stakeholders- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills- Fantastic stakeholder engagement skills- Excellent understanding of process excellence and organisational restructuring- business lending and/or business banking product knowledge is highly desirable
