Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a large multi-disciplinary team of medical staff and youth workers at our Triple Care Farm Withdrawal Unit in Robertson, NSW.

The successful candidate will oversee the operational functions including budget management, rostering, intake processes and provide clinical leadership for the Withdrawal Unit, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.


About the Role

* Lead and provide guidance to the team in the delivery of the program and contractual requirements to clients.
* Provide supervision and support to the team and address any areas of development.
* Act as an escalation point, on call for the service to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
* Respond to and manage employee grievances and undertake disciplinary action.
* Undertake recruitment and selection of new and replacement staff.
* Develop and maintain relationships with other key internal stakeholders.
* Develop beneficial relationships with the Funding Body, external government agencies and community groups.
* Approve and monitor program expenditure and client brokerage in line with the program budget.
* Complete a range of Budget, WHS and compliance administration duties.
* Ensure the service is meeting compliance, funding agreements and create reports including comprehensive program and client data statistics and reports.
* Provide a rotating on-call services for the program when required.


About You

* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a healthcare and/ or complex service delivery setting.
* Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience.
* Extensive knowledge of mental health issues, substance use treatment and working with youth.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
* Previous experience in budget and financial management.
* A Current Driver's License.
