This role is responsible for strengthening Shameless Media's presence with key external partners across the media landscape. The successful candidate will proactively represent the Shameless Media brand with industry-leading media and advertising agencies (predominantly Melbourne-based) to help us continue creating the content young people crave.

WFH split: 4 days in-office, 1 day at home
Start date: August 2026
Experience: 3+ years in media, agency, digital, or PR environments. Sales and agency experience is preferred, as this role requires leveraging existing relationships with external stakeholders.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Revenue and Partnerships Development
* Maintain and grow year-on-year advertising revenue by managing existing partnerships and proactively generating new opportunities.
* Identify, cultivate, and convert new leads across key pillar
* Expand our partner portfolio by deepening engagement with agencies and brand contacts in the Melbourne and Sydney markets.
Stakeholder Management
* Serve as a primary front-facing contact for clients and agencies, representing Shameless Media with confidence and clarity.
* Deliver an exceptional level of service to partners, managing accounts holistically from proposal through to campaign delivery.
Reporting and accountability
* Provide regular updates to the Chief Commercial Officer on revenue performance, pipeline activity, and partnership growth opportunities.
* Ensure accurate documentation of leads, forecasts, and campaign outcomes.
Relevant skills
Team Leadership
* Share leadership responsibilities for a Partnerships Executive, offering guidance, support, and insight into best-practice partnership management.
Experience and Relationships
* Minimum of 3+ years in media sales, agency account management, or related partnership-driven roles.
* Strong, reliable relationships with key stakeholders (agencies and brand partners) within the Sydney and Melbourne media landscape.
Commercial and Strategic Capability
* Demonstrated sales tenacity with a track record of creating and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
* Strong account management skills, ensuring partners receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
