Each person's unique journey of recovery will be supported by mental health drug and alcohol services in a way that fosters hope, purpose and resilience. Deliver a comprehensive range of support functions including maintenance of Health Roster, routine databases, secretarial support to committees and maintenance of office equipment. Produce activity reports such as staffing, sick leave, Performance and similar as and when required. Provide exceptional customer service by professionally managing the reception area of the NSRMHS service.

**Where you'll be working**

**What you'll be doing**
The incumbent is responsible for assisting and participating in the delivery of an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration service across as part of the North Shore Ryde Mental Health Service
This is achieved by managing a variety of clerical and administrative process that support the needs of the Clinical Director in the management of the NSRMHS medical workforce.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high volume and demanding environment with a proven capacity to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Ability to scrutinise information and make considered decisions based on the information available.
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, utilising a cooperative approach to enhance processes to establish credibility and trust and form strong relationships with key business partners.
- Proven experience with generating and managing medical rosters.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and successfully implement change management processes
