Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is a customer focused registered NDIS and aged care service provider, currently based in Cabramatta providing care services to all Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas. We are looking for two Administration Officers to join us on a full-time capacity.
**Position Purpose**
The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient support and coordination of office administrative activities as well as being the primary contact for any other reception enquires.
Location: Cabramatta, NSW 2166
**Job responsibilities**:
- Data entry to ensure that the data is up to date and accurate.
- Greeting visitors to ensure that they are welcome and directing their enquiries to relevant team members as appropriate.
- Assisting in the logistics organisation of company or team wide events such as venue booking, and attendance recording and other logistics arrangements.
- Assisting in record keeping for all employment-related records (staff database, personnel files and training records).
- Assisting in rostering as and when required.
- Assisting in monitoring the workforce compliance metrics and producing weekly reports.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Other general administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in purchases and procurement.
**Selection Criteria**
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese / Vietnamese skills are preferred.
- Relevant vocational/tertiary qualifications in business administration, or commerce.
- Excellent communication with different stakeholders to deliver services to clients.
- A self-starter, self-motivated person who can work independently but also within a team.
- Excellent organizational and and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to result-orientation.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
