As a key member of our Enterprise Application Team, you will play an integral role in the effective delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and capability for our Downstream businesses.

You will work with IT Product Owners and manage external vendors to ensure an optimal platform offering and environment exists for our organisation.
To achieve this, you will:
* Lead and deliver Salesforce operational excellence
* Work with key stakeholders to formulate a broader strategic view of Salesforce within the businesses
* Provide platform governance including developing, managing and continually improving processes
* Be involved in solution design activities, identify and engage project stakeholders including 3rd party vendors
Key requirements for this role include:
You will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com administration and integration tools
* Experience working with and instructing vendors to achieve solutions
* A passion for identifying how solutions can be achieved and ensuring they are delivered
* Experience in using business analysis techniques (e.g. process modelling)
