About the opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead Gracemere Gardens Residential Aged Care with compassion, integrity, and confidence. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a committed team, influence the quality of care provided to residents, and foster a workplace culture grounded in, trust, and collaboration.
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations. From clinical care and compliance to financial management and team development. You will bring a hands‑on, people‑focused approach that inspires excellence, builds strong relationships, and drives continuous improvement across the home.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care or a related health sector.
* Strong understanding of aged care governance, compliance, and funding models.
* Financial and business management experience, including budgeting and workforce planning.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and empowerment.
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, management, or business (desirable).
