We're looking for a senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring ideas to life across brand, digital and campaign work.

About the role
You will work across a mix of branding, web design and campaign work, collaborating with strategists, creatives and developers. This role suits someone who can think conceptually, execute with craft, and move comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and evolve brand identities across multiple touchpoints
* Design for web, including UI layouts and digital experiences
* Create campaign assets across digital, social and print
* Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into strong visual outcomes
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all work
Skills & experience
* 5+ years experience in a design role (agency experience preferred)
* Strong portfolio showcasing branding and web design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Demonstratable experience solving complex UX problems through wireframing, and prototyping
* Proven ability to lead mobile-first UI design across responsive web projects
* Strong proficiency in Figma for web design, including global styles, variables, and auto layout
* Understanding of digital design principles and responsive layouts
* Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
* Strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively

* Motion or animation skills (After Effects)
Working setup
* 5-day work week
* Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
