Job Type: Digital Designer & Content Creator
This role combines paid media creative production, landing page development, short-form video creation, and performance-driven design within a fast-growing solar & battery energy business.
The focus of this role is strongly digital-first and performance-oriented, supporting commercial growth objectives through data-driven creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine campaign-specific landing pages aligned with acquisition strategy
* Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimisation improvements
* Maintain website tracking tools and tagging (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar etc.)
* Support optimisation initiatives focused on improving cost-per-lead (CPL) efficiency and lead quality
* Create high-performing paid media creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google and Display channels
* Develop performance-led visual concepts aligned with campaign strategy and brand
* Produce static and short form video assets optimised for lead acquisition (Solar & Battery)
* Support content calendar execution and social campaign rollouts
* Ensure brand consistency across all social and digital channels
* Design and optimise EDM templates and lifecycle communications
* Support CRM automation visuals and customer journey flows
* Improve customer engagement touchpoints across acquisition and retention stages
* Contribute creative insights to help balance campaign performance with cost-efficiency objectives
* Ensure all digital assets are on-brand and compliant with regulatory guidelines

Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, visual communications, UX, or a related field
* Strong design and creative skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, or similar tools, including experience creating social media and paid advertising creatives
* Experience managing social media (organic & paid) and designing for lead-generation or conversion-focused campaigns, with an understanding of paid media and performance marketing principles
* Working knowledge of front-end and back-end website processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers
* 1–3+ years' experience in graphic design, content planning, or marketing coordination within a service-based industry (e.g. energy, telecommunications, insurance, banking, finance)
* Experience creating social media and paid advertising creatives
* Some knowledge CMS, and familiarity with web tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
