SRN Level 3 $137,294 p.a. (inclusive of base salary and 12% superannuation)

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and coordination to promote understanding between General Practitioners (GP's) and Rockingham Kwinana Mental Health Service (RKMHS) to ensure optimum access and delivery of quality patient care. Provide triage, assessment and time-limited management and support within the areas of specialty and advanced practice to consumers with complex mental health needs, their families, and carers.

* Valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
