Job Overview
We are seeking a highly‐motivated and detail‐oriented Project Scheduler to make their mark on some of the most high‐profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry projects.
Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders, the Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, analyse and report on key schedules to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
As a project scheduling SME, your tasks may include but are not limited to producing work breakdown structures, maintaining schedule integrity through constant review and alignment with scope changes and variances, assisting in resource forecasting, and reviewing processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or significant scheduling experience.
* Familiarity with performance management systems.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
* Defence Industry experience preferred.
* Proficiency with contemporary scheduling toolsets; OPP experience desired.
