The Role
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our community-based team, supporting adults in their homes and local communities. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced therapists, offering opportunities to develop skills, deliver client-centred care, and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions for adult clients.
* Support clients to achieve functional goals and greater independence in daily life.
* Develop and implement individualised therapy programs.
* Collaborate with clients, families, and external stakeholders (including NDIS support coordinators and community partners).
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and organisational standards.
* Work flexibly across community visits and telehealth as required.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome).
* Interest in community-based adult therapy; experience is desirable but not essential for new graduates.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organised, flexible, and able to work independently in community-based settings.
* Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and relevant state/territory clearances.
