Pintupi Homelands Health Service (PHHS) is located in Kintore,Northern Territory some 530 kilometres west of Alice Springs nearthe NT/WA border. Together with an AGPAL and ISO accredited clinicoperation, PHHS also operates a Social and Emotional WellbeingProgram, Aged Care Programs and a School Nutrition Program. Witharound 35 employed staff these services are provided to around 450Anangu in a holistic and culturally safe way. An emphasis is beingplaced on preventive health and community involvement in acommitment to Closing the Gap and improve the health and well-beingof Kintore (Walungurru) Community.

About the role
We are looking for a CEO to lead our health organisation basedin Kintore. The successful CEO will be expected to live and workin the community.
The Chief Executive role will appeal to a senior leader seekinga role that is meaningful with real potential to create positivechange in a pristine remote setting.
In conjunction with the Board of Directors (BOD) of PintupiHomelands Health Service, the CEO will provide the strategicmanagement and leadership and assume responsibility andaccountability for the overall strategic and operations planning ofPHHS. With a varied mix of responsibilities, the role has a strongfocus in leading, developing and reviewing strategy to meet healthand business objectives.
The successful candidate is someone who can effectively providehigh level strategic advice and analysis to the Board for thedevelopment and management of key initiatives and health programs.The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement and ademonstrated ability to lead and manage a range of individuals andgroups to ensure the cohesive development and delivery of PHHSservices and programs.
