Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic – Field Service Role
Location: Sydney - Field based
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary $85,000 plus super & fully expensed vehicle

We’re on the lookout for a qualified Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic to join a growing field service team that’s known for doing things right. If you're someone who enjoys fixing problems, delivering great service, and working with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll have a dedicated planning and coordination crew keeping your days running smoothly, so you can focus on what you do best. With a mix of commercial jobs across Sydney, every day brings something new.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Install, maintain, and service water or refrigeration systems
* Troubleshoot and repair systems with care and efficiency
* Use a mobile job management system to log your work accurately
* Represent the team with pride and professionalism at every job
* Work closely with schedulers and team leads to keep things flowing
What You’ll Bring
* Trade qualifications as a Licensed Plumber or Refrigeration Mechanic
* A valid driver’s licence (you’ll have a fully maintained service vehicle)
* White Card and safety training
* Experience in a field-based service role
* A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to work well independently and as part of a great team
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with water filtration, boiling/chilled units, or HVAC systems
* Familiarity with job management software like Pronto or IFS
