Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of OHS at all times and ensure safe food handling.
Follow recipes accurately and be able to contribute ideas for new dishes.
Remain calm and work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Provide food with an extremely high level of care, including exceptional plate presentation.
Be reliable and punctual and maintain valuable listening and communication with the team.
Possess an eye for detail and a passion for making quality products.
Hold a current Victorian driver's licence and have own transport.
Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Qualifications
Have a qualification as a chef, with 2+ years experience in the industry.
