Working in close partnership with other agencies, we provide innovative and effective services tailored to the needs of disadvantaged youth, helping them build brighter, more secure futures.Learn more about our work at www.youturn.org.auWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Youth Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping young people build stability, confidence, and competence to navigate life’s challenges. Your support will be instrumental in ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and ability to access the services they need.Through educative, preventative, and early intervention strategies, you will empower young people with age-appropriate knowledge and practical life skills, supporting them to thrive and build brighter futures.About the Youth Support ProgramThe Youth Support Program provides individualised, holistic support to young people, with a strong focus on wellbeing, empowerment, and connection.
