What you will do
Information Technology (IT) plays a vital role in every business plan and is integral to the strategic responsibilities at The Kitchenary. It is the core provider of technology facilities, services and support to the organisation.
The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing day to day technical knowledge and advice including high levels of customer service to deliver quality, innovative and secure technology for all IT hardware, networks, systems software and applications within The Kitchenary.
•Provide Helpdesk support advice to all telephone enquiries
•Log all calls keeping track of solutions and response times
•Refer and assign calls to higher level support staff when problems cannot be resolved
•Assist with administration daily duties of IT Department
•Assist in installation and maintenance of new hardware, network, software systems and packages
•Support and maintain the day-to-day housekeeping of servers and IT systems software and resolve any problems as required
•Provide user help and installation support on all hardware platforms including servers, PC's, laptops, printers, etc.
•Provide support and supplementary training if required on PC systems and applications software
•Implement and control asset management of IT equipment
•Backup support for factory automation systems
What You Need to Succeed
•Excellent communication skills
•Advanced, superior skills in programs as noted
•Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline
•Ability to use a range of platforms including, Google Suite, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, AWS and Windows 10/11 experience
