Lumos Advisory is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Junior/Receptionist to join our team in Ballina, NSW. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and growing advisory firm, providing key administrative and front-of-house support.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising office supplies
* Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area
* Providing support to the wider team as required
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
